I have been using these “Y” connectors for years with my panel array’s. They are perfect for connecting up multiple panels. This set gives you connectors to help you set up male and female plug ends for the cables you want to connect up. They are very easy to set up and don’t need any type of soldering, etc. Once done they are very weatherproof and will last for years.One problem I have been having with this type of connector is the way they have the little tabs that lock the connections into place. Some sets are almost impossible to separate. With this set you get a type of wrench which I didn’t know was available. It is a simple push over and twist style that makes it super easy to disconnect the ends if needed.The actual “Y” cables are very well built. There are zero cracks or faults with them. The impedance is almost non existent which means it will carry all the power without loss. They are clearly marked one for the negative and one for the positive. The only thing you need to take care with is matching up the right connector plugs. From now on I think I will be getting my solar supplies from this company.
