The sizes are US size. Please choose your shoes size or size down, base on your feet fat or slim and shoes space.
Direction for use:1.For usual use, please take the original inner soles of your shoes out and replace them with these new ones. But if your shoes too big, you could put these insoles on top of the original ones.

While the memory foam insoles promise cushioning, they weren't as comfortable as I expected. Additionally, they didn't fit my Nike size 11 shoes, though they worked with my New Balance 11s. The inconsistency in fit leaves me with mixed feelings about the overall performance.

These insoles are fantastic. I put them in my tennis shoe’s that had no padding at all and now they’re extremely comfortable! They are the perfect thickness as to not make my foot sit up out of the shoe like others do, yet they are thick enough to provide plenty of comfort. They do not have arch support, which I knew when I ordered them. The color is exactly as shown and they fit true to size. The price is so fantastic I’ll be ordering several pairs for my other shoes

I've had lots of different insoles and these are my favourite.. they come in shoe sizes so there's no trimming necessary and the solid seam gives them an attractive look.. perfect fit and neither too thin nor too thick.. perfect!! 🤩

Super comfortable and fit perfectly in the shoes. They wore down a little bit quicker than I would have hoped, but good value for the price. Two slight other negatives: 1) they would slip inside the shoe, and 2) the other insole would not be removed easily so put these on top which made the soles a little thicker and pushed my foot up into the top of the sneaker more.Overall I was pleased and was much better than the insoles that were falling apart in the shoe.

Was expecting a flat basic shoe insert but it turns out these pads were maybe 2x as thick and had a nice bounce back to them, memory foam. If my shoes were a little low (narrow?) these may be a problem but in my white tennis shoes they fit perfectly as they're specifically sized - NO CUTTING NEEDED! Super comfortable and squishy, very sturdy - why didnt i do this like a year ago!?!? these are great but they're definitely thicker than your standard insole.

I think these could be great with proper shoes. I however was trying to get more time out of a beaten pair of shoes, with heels caving in, and these insoles were broken after 6 hrs of wear…

There really isn't anything wrong with these. When I stepped on them they provided a nice cushion but they wouldn't stay in any shoes without a back. I have tendonitis in my right heel so cannot wear any shoes with a back as it will press against my heel. I think when this gets better, they will be great

I bought two pairs of these for my running shoes as my pup tore apart the original insoles and was getting fed up with swapping out my orthotics everyday.I wasn’t in the market to buy new shoes also my shoes are still in good condition so I bought these as they actually came in the size of my running shoe opposed of the ones you have to cut and because of that never fit right.They are so far holding up in one pair I wear the most frequently but it’s only been a month.I have a knee injury as well and they aren’t contributing that much to soreness or pain from walking as they have some cushion. Again it’s only been a month however very happy thus far for fit, comfort, and sturdy ness (they aren’t floppy like others either).
