This was much bigger than I thought it would be. It fits my whole backside! Also very comfortable. I thought it would be thin and collapse but it works very well. I am happy with this purchase.

This pillow gives just the right support for my lower back. I found myself readjusting it on the truck seat until I finally used the straps and buckles to keep it in place. Since I did that, this thing is perfect. The only downside is that it props me up quite a bit in the seat and if I want to rest my head on the headrest, my head can't reach it. But the pillow works so well and makes such a difference in my comfort that it's still 5 stars for me. It's a small thing, but the outer material is very soft and smooth. The whole thing looks and feels like a high-quality backrest. I'm very happy with it.

I wanted something to use on my recliner for lower back. This is bit wider than others I've purchased but would have preferred it to be at least a couple inches wider. I have to keep arranging as the strap isn't long enough on the top to strap on a recliner. Also not as supportive on my lower back as I had hoped. It may work for others but not what I'd hope for.

I have cancer in my spine so needing proper support is a must have! I love the way my back feels supported but not too supported where it’s pushing it out. I appreciate how versatile it is, I have used it in the car, the couch, chair, and even the dining room chairs. The cover comes off easy for washing.

It wasn’t quite what I expected. I was expecting something of a metallic nature, something much firmer for the back. It was rolled up when it came and I wondered at it and if it would work. It does. It is quite solid and firm and supports the back and the lower back. I sometimes slide down a bit when sitting on the couch, which wasn’t good for my posture, and I was getting a pain on the right side of my back because I was slouching and now leaning to one side. The day before I received this, I switched to an upright chair which definitely helped. But with this support behind me it helps even more. The pain in my back is gone and my posture is better, and I also use a footstool for added comfort.

This is my first lumbar support pillow that supports not only the lumbar region but the entire back. Honestly I didn't know what I was missing until I started using this pillow.The pillow is about 20" x 17" at its widest parts. The thickness varies at different parts which makes makes the pillow supportive and comfortable to use. The shape of the pillow is such that it really supports the entire back. It has not four, but six knob like structures in the lumbar region.It has two adjustable buckles to secure it to a chair. The cover comes off for washing.It was vacuum packed when I received it and it said to give it a few hours for the memory foam to get to its intended shape and size. But I couldn't wait and started using it immediately and didn't feel any problems with the fullness. I mean, it was full then as much as it is full today, after using it for about a week.I use it with my home office chair which is small and doesn't have a lumbar support. This pillow actually comes higher than the original backrest of the chair and supports my back really well. So honestly, it converted that chair to a more comfortable one.This pillow gets five stars from me.

This lumber support pillow is designed well to support the lumbar region with soft but firm memory foam. It has 4 subtle bumps at the lumbar region which you can lean against. I don't know if they are for a massage effect, but I like it. The pillow has one strap toward the top of the pillow and one at the bottom to secure it to a seat. The cover is smooth and fits snug on the memory foam so there is no wrinkling, and it comes off to wash. I have used it in 3 places - on a couch where I couldn't secure it with the straps and it moved around, on an office chair, which worked well, and in my car, which also worked well. Be aware that due to the thickness, you will be sitting more forward than you might expect.I'm impressed with the quality of the pillow and would recommend it.
