These are nice pull studs. Well machined nice steel. They come packed, each, in their own plastic box - inside the box a well oiled stud is wrapped in a plastic bag. I found metal shaving curlies on some of mine from the thread cutting - It brushes right off. Unfortunately, I ordered these for a 2h universal that was on it's way - and the deal fell through. Studs arrived - wish it was the other way around. I have a 2h vertical, but she takes NMTB 50s. So, these are going to be re-threaded for the R8s on my Millport. I haven't installed any of these yet because my CNC is packed into a corner at the moment while I work on some other projects, but I can say that these are at least as good as the last ones I bought, and maybe even better when it comes to the build quality of them.Very nice finish and good threading on them. They come in small plastic cases as well so you can store the extras without anything happening to them, and they are square so you can put them in a little box nicely. Having said that, it would have been nice if they just sent them in a box like that from the start, instead of packing all of them into a tight plastic bag that was already ripped open inside the Amazon box by the time they got here. Just a note for the maker, as someone who has worked in warehouses and shipping/receiving for 3 decades, this is what happens when you cram too many square/rectangular things into a thin plastic bag that then rattles around in a much bigger Amazon box.

The studs I received are for BT40 with metric studs. They were all marked for CAT40 though.
