So fun! This kit (with the tent enclosure) grew our first crop (started Dec 26th) in less than a week. We are now on crop #3. The mushrooms were also delicious!

The box arrived with the cardboard cut away area already removed, the box had clearly been damaged prior to shipping and tape had been used to fix it. Was I sent someone else's return??The substrate looked old and dry, and even after keeping the temperature and humidity within required range, it produced only one small flush.The mushrooms it did produce were fantastic and are a great vegetarian alternative to bacon - just not at the price I paid. I have since done more research and I would have simply returned the box unused had I known.Lesson learned.

Recieved our box with mushrooms already growing out the top. Their website says that's fine, remove and continue as normal. Well nothing grew out the front after 18 days. Nothing but horrible mold. The box says their grow kit is needed. Doesn't say that anywhere in this listing. Waste of money.

Product came well packaged and was delivered the day after I ordered. The package contained an alcohol wipe and a small misting bottle. As you can see the grow bag is loaded with myselium ( it's white) and is all ready to go, once I'm ready to start it. I can tell the block is damp but it will need to be hydrated soon as it needs to stay at 70% humidity. So far I am well pleased. If the flavour is good I will add the fifth star. So excited!

I think they got two batches of mushrooms with this, and my son-in-law and daughter both enjoyed looking after it as a little project

I wasn’t sure if these were still good as the top looked weird.. lots of white thought maybe it had gone bad. Decided to follow instructions and give it a try anyway. I couldn’t be happier. My family and I have loved watching these grow and check on them several times a day.. they grow so fast once they get started. We can’t wait to try them. Would recommend this brand to any mushroom lover!!
