I love this product it works perfectly has bluetooth that works well with headphones it came fully charged it reads 64gb sd very well volume works perfect the buttons works perfectly it even came with charger and headphones thank you so much will buy again from you good service.

Let me start by saying that this review has mostly to do with the misleading product page. I didn't have the opportunity to test player functionality past the main disappointment. It looked like it might have a good user interface, but I can't say for sure.In the past, I have purchased Mp3 players very similar in design to this player. These players, at a low price, provided basic memory so that they were usable upon opening the package. It seems it is not so with this player.I plugged the player into my computer and I could not find the player's storage. My computer did not register that I had a device connected at all. When I attempted to move through player via the player interface itself, most selections displayed a message "No Memory Device Detected."I purchased this player because it was a good price. However, if one must purchase another product in order to use the first product, the final money output is actually higher than what is displayed in the original product description."Large Memory Capacity: MP4 player supports up to 64G of memory capacity, (note: the card is not included) and the original for memory card is recommended." This is suggestive, but since other products in the past have expressed that they can support more storage, yet they still came with some basic onboard memory, I expected the same in this case. You will also notice that further down the product page it also has a large icon of a memory card with large text that states "Card (Expansion)" The term expansion indicates that there is memory included because you can't "expand" something that doesn't exist.The title does say "Support 64G Memory Card." However, a player with onboard memory can still "support" an additional memory card.Basically, if you are comparing prices on Mp3 players, understand that the superior pricing on this player is not as superb as it sounds. When you purchase this player, you will have to buy another product in order to even use the player.PS. This player does come with Bluetooth. I had been looking for a player without Bluetooth. There was no Bluetooth mentioned in the product description anywhere I could see. Depending on the customer this might be a pro or a con. The fact that it does come with Bluetooth should be listed in the product description either way so that those who want Bluetooth can take that into consideration while those who don't can do the same.
