The quality of pillow was very good, but I returned only due to size. Would also be great if the pillows came in round shape .

I love the size. To blow it up is really simple. Both sides are the same texture. One side should have a soft cloth material to cover when you lie down or sit on it. Little high if using it in bed to avoid pressure points but I got used to it. Solid construction but could be a little softer.

Purchased for a spinal cord patient who found wheelchair cushions too hard. Although it raised the height of the cushion by a few inches, the comfort factor was worth it. This increase in height might be an issue for some.One issue we did run into was it's propensity to slide on the existing wheelchair cushion. We hope we have solved that issue with a seat cushion slipcover that has ties to keep it in place. The cushion allows the patient to spend hours in the wheelchair in comfort.

Was travelling to Europe and knew I needed something to save my lower back for the trip. This pillow is amazing. Barely need to blow it up and it took all the pressure off my low back. I have had back surgery and can honestly say this saved me. Best $$ I spent and no longer need to upgrade seat! Great price, size and no pain upon arrival.
