i cant stress enough that this product has helped me maintain a good posture while sitting on a chair ! its not too hard but also not soft, so the support is just perfect. the bump in the middle really make a difference and maintain my spine properly.the material is washable but do not wash the memory foam !i recommend this back support pillow to anyone who seek a proper support of their spine.

This cushion is not bulky but offers excellent support that you can easily wiggle around to get. Good support in the arch of your lumbars to help with that lower back pain especially in a car with no lumbar adjustment

Too soft for back supportThe firmness is missing.Also, absence of any fasteners results in frequent adjustment of the support which should not be the purpose
