Good product, well built and simple to use. Connection to battery fairly straightforward and simple display to indicate the mode the charger is in when in use. It is either charging the battery or in the charge maintenance mode, indicated by lights on charger.

The Optimate 2 is an excellent trickle charger-maintainer. It works great especially with the new style portable generator battery that are stored in an unheated location. By connecting the maintainer to the battery it keeps it charged and warm so the electric start will work in extremem cold weather.

It's a Optimate and it keeps your battery at optimum levels so you can jump on your bike and know its going to start. Thumbs up.

Bought a new 2023 Can-Am Spyder RT Sea to Sky. Dealer had already installed the battery cable as part of their specification. I just had to purchase the charge. I only needed to maintain the battery. Working very good for my needs.

Put one on all the rv’s. Easy to permanently install the pigtails and just unplug and go. Hook back up when done is just as easy. Great product and quit worrying about dead batteries.

I love the idea of connecting my ATV and snowmobile to the unit and forgetting about it to let the device maintain the battery. I bought permanent battery leads for each vehicle to make the connections easier. Simply bought the entire unit into an outlet and extend the long cord to the machine… couldn’t be easier

Ive had a similar model for years,Optimate has proven their reliability to me.Not to mention money saved by not constantly buying new batteries .These tenders definitely extend battery life.
