My NOCO charger came with a :clamptype" pigtail for battery connection. My VW has "always on" power point (cigarette lighter) -- i.e. not switched off with ignition -- and so it works perfectly with the new plug-in adapter for charging when it's been sitting a while. I'll disassemble the clamps from the original connector and the the ring terminals onto the LiFe battery in my RV and use that as a direct charger from my NOCO charger in LiFe mode.It's like having two chargers! (Note - this is a "pattern-type" part, not a NOCO supplied adapter, but it seems to work fine, it's electrically correct and the snap in connector to the charger leads fits as it should. It's a good price point, too.

I wanted to have the option to trickle charge my Santa Fe without having to open the hood/bonnet, and since there is an always live cigarette style connector in the car this wire harness allows me to connect my Noco Genius 10 and have this cable go into the car through the door and to trickle charge the car. Overall it works fine and does what it needs to do.The female Noco style end is a little tight fitting to put on the Noco Genius 10 male end which I think is likely due to this wiring harness being 3rd party rather than an official Noco one.

This fits and works well. It only lacks the pilot light that is on the true Noco brand units. But it does cost less...

When I ordered this, I wasn't sure if the NOCO end was going to be a male or female for sure; suspicion was female. Turns out it was female. So basically, this adapter is able to plug into a 12volt cigarette lighter and pull power from it. I was hoping it was a male end so that I could maintain my tractor battery from the 12v plug, but I got to thinking about how that plug isn't hot with the key off, so there goes that idea. Anywho, for what the adapter is, it will work fine and I'll eventually use it to power some accessories. I will say, I have no idea what the red hook is that comes out on the plug is for. Also, if you are wanting to use the mini plug, you have to twist the red cap off by turning it counter clock-wise maybe a 1/16" to get it unlocked, then it just slides out of a groove.
