I had to contact their office for this and was told it was normal to have something other than the grass seed in the bag something about cross contamination. I purchased several bags and all the grass kept coming up with grass blades and something else still not sure what happened and they didn’t even offer to help besides the saying cross contamination. I would not recommend only due to this and the customer service was very helpful.

Make sure you prep your existing grass by thatching and aerating then mix seed well with a good quality top soil; spread evenly and keep moist for a couple of weeks. You should have results in a couple of weeks. Happy spring!🤗👍🏻🌻🌱
