In the high wind speed or the wind generator power beyond the scope of the battery capacity, the controller launches the unloading function by dump load resistor, protect the controller and battery.

Feature
1.Boost charge: Flexible independent step-up circuits. Wind turbine charging mode is MPPT and Solar panel charging mode is PWM.

Big LCD Display
- Use a bigger LCD screen,one page of 4 lines date which convenient to browse parameters. And four operation buttons, easy for user to understand and handle.
Updated Intelligent system
- The parameters will be set well automatically after connect battery. The Upgraded sofeware system can control voltage more stable to avoid burn battery.
Good Heat Dissipation
- Aluminum profile not only sturdy and durable, but also with good heat dissipation performance. Which can make hybrid controller self-cooling by itself.

1. Correct connection sequence:
1) pls connect the wires between battery and controller
2) pls connect the wires between wind/solar panels and controller
2. Usable battery:
This model is used for GEL ,lead-acid and lithium battery.

easy hookup, couldnt turn lighting circuit on without setting parameters, I just wanted to turn lights on manualy

I rated a 4 for now, simply due to the Manual is a tad tricky, although you will need basic understanding on how the unit buttons function, for each parameter and follow the process. No Rushing on setting the metrics.Unit tells you every part of the Power Input and Batt State - WIND/SOLAR/DC OUTPUT can show all, Volts,Amps,Watts going thru the Button Interface on this Unit.I recommend at this time, new setup here, expanding my Offline Power Grid Capabilities.

I had this for about 5 months now. It works as it should. I have 600w solar panels and a 500w windmill hooked to this and I use 2 lifep04 batteries it has no problem keeping them charged. I use it for 12v system works great with a 2000w sinewave inverter.

Cheap. Easy to install. Worked fine for 1 year and then failed sending panel voltage directly to batteries and not charging. Not worth the money if it only lasts 1 year.

The solar charger doesn't work. The lines coming off of the panels read on the multimeter but the charge controller does pick them up when connected.

have this as a wind charge control for my custom battery was super easy to set custom settings and seems to works well mppt wind charge control for lithium batteries . no real winds yet to actually test it so only 4 star for now will update after a storm
