This is my back up pair I ordered for Muzishare X9. My first Horizon 300b duet have at least 100 hours or more. I cant compare sound quality to any other 300b as Ive not listened to any including stock Muzishare tubes. I am however an experienced vacuum tube listener with others vintage and new .I like what I hear and cant complain about anything sonically.... time tells the longevity test. My Horizon tubes do make a metallic tinkling sound on power up and down both. A metal expansion/contraction event like a hot exhaust pipe on a dirt bike. Ive had output tubes ( KT88/6550/EL34/6L6 etc) that run much hotter then these and have never heard that before even with tubes red plating. I assume it has something to do with the internal coating they use and Psvane assured me upon question that it is normal operation.I was about to order much more pricey 300b's to compare but I think Ill just enjoy these and the music they create.

The 300b PSvane beat the russian gold lion the JJs and EH new tubes. Cant speak about the more expensive tubes like the ELROG ETC.
