The battery life is too low. It only worked for 5 hours ever after charged fully for the whole night before.

I've been using these on an industrial job site now for over a month. Been dropped, kicked, left outside and even sandblasting inside tanks and still going strong. Reception is not bad either but starts to get scratchy if you go to far. Should be fine on any regular construction job site. would recommend for crew communication or any outdoor personal use camping or whatever.

Shipped defective Mic for one of the headset. Other than, does its job. Edit: they sent me a replacement for the defective one. Definitely recommend, excellent service.

bought these radios for my work since we have a few staff out on the retail floor and they are great for communication between staff. HOWEVER....within 1 hour of use one unit's talk button came out of the casing. So right off the get go I am now down one radio. The head sets are alright, I wouldn't say they are very clear or loud. Staff are always asking for the other staff to repeat.

These radios are great we were using Motorolas at our church, however they are very expensive, these work greatThe range is very good it covers the whole church campus and compare 6 of these radios for a total of 200&One Motorola 275& plus ear pieceNo brainerThe build is durable and they come with charger and ear piece wowWhat a bargainHowever you will not be able to adjust the frequency to match different radios they only work with the same brand if you buy 12 they will only work with each other

The battery life, range, and clarity of sound on the walkie-talkies were very good. However, the ear pieces didn't work and the dials for both sound and channel were too easy to accidentally turn when moving around. So they would be off or on the wrong channel without it being obvious. Everyone using them had to be trained to periodically check the volume and channel to be sure that everything was on.

These are exceptionally good quality for the price! We run and manage events and farmers markets and these may be the Best Buy we’ve made in the last year. I tested them across the span of about 6 blocks and they still worked- not the best transmission quality, but they worked! We are planning to purchase more.
