I bought this for use at the gym. I like the size and convenience of this product, and the ease of transfering music from my PC.However, the Bluetooth diconnects consistently during my 90 minute work out making it extremely frustrating to use. I thought I should try corded earphones instead (much less convenient) but before I could even buy a pair, the MP3 player now doesn't even turn on.Do not buy this product. It's garbage.

Not User friendly.

Loaded songs and they play well. It is easy to use once learning how to use it.

the menus and the sensitivity of the touch screen are crazy horrible! and the DAC of this unit is hugely sub-standard. but since there aren't many other options out there, i might try to get accustomed to it. although i doubt that'll happen. i'll get back to you.UPDATE: returned.

I bought this mp3 player to use with my Soundcore Bluetooth earbuds while jogging. It does an amazing job and is super small (the same length as a stick of gum). I haven't tried the clip yet as the mp3 player stays in my zipped jacket pocket. It works perfectly with Bluetooth and with wired headphones. So far I've uploaded mp3 and FLAC format songs to it and been happy with each. The battery life has lasted 6 one hour exercise sessions and still says well over 50%, and it charges fast. The pedometer function is nice but I use my watch for that. I don't like radio so I won't be trying that function but playing uploaded songs in either music mode or folder mode work very well. And the best part is it sounds great!What I don't like but can live with: the touchscreen controls take a week or so to get comfortable with. It's just not an intuitive menu design. Also there's no physical song control buttons, just the small touch screen. And the screen is way too dim in the sunlight.Those complaints aside, I really do like this little mp3 player and it's been a huge help with my jogging!

This Ruizu Mp3 player has an easy to interface with my Chromebook, PC, and android phone. It has a USB-C plug so needs a USB-C socket cord (supplied) to charge and transfer to PC and Chromebook. Transferring music or voice files is simple and very logical. This Ruizu Mp3 product has a pedometer, bluetooth, repeat playback mode, equilizer, sleep timer, voice recorder, playlists and more. The sound quality is very good. Reliabilty is also very good. It is small and light. The clip makes it very mobile. Some users might need a stylus to operate the small touch screen.

I've ordered a few stand alone MP3 players from time to time for a variety of reasons. I play in a band, and we needed something (besides our phones) that we could use a bluetooth receiver with that would send a playlist to the board. The first player that I used was a bit robust (heavy and super durable). I then thought 'you know, I'd like to have something like this that is much smaller to ONLY play music so I don't have to lug my phone around and stream music when taking walks or going to the gym. I ordered 2 others (from a different unknown companies) that were smaller, but only played the audio on one earbud (even though both ear buds were connected). Weird. So I gave up, and carried my phone. That is, until I came across this device.Initially, I was into it because of the size. The smaller, the better for my needs. 64 gigabyte is more than enough storage, and if it performed like the others then I wasn't out a whole lot of money. As soon as it arrived, I tested it through my earbuds and VOILA, it streams music through both ear buds (finally). So far, so good. I took the micro SD card that held my music from another player and put it a slot in my computer to transfer the music. It's maybe half of the storage, and it took quite a bit of time to transfer (like a pretty long time). Not a big deal, set it and forget it. The music transferred successfully and charging didn't take long since the battery was pretty full.I've been using this nearly every day for a short while, and I'm extremely happy with it. The controls work really well, everything on it makes sense (the layout is user friendly), and the controls that use the touch screen (return, back, forward) all work as they should. Scrolling through the menu is simple, it's very easy to set up (time and date). Audio quality is perfect for my needs and there is nothing weird about it. I keep it in my pocket, but I have no issues with the device staying connected to my earbuds. I did, however experience some very odd interference when using an eGym (at the YMCA) machine, there were some glitchy things happening. It only happened once, and I am assuming that the signal being put out by the machine was pretty strong and causing this. I moved the device from my shirt pocket to my pants pocket and it went away. All in all, this thing is designed very well. Time will tell how long it will last, and I'm hopping that it will for a very, very long time.Regarding battery life, I did have a bit of experience with accidently leaving the device on and recording for a full day (oops!). Maybe even 2 days, not sure, but it was well over 24 hours. There was still battery, but it wasn't much. I don't need it for the audio recording portion, so I'll have to be careful not to engage that option. I'm happy with this device, it was money well spent and suits my needs. One word of caution, the screen is quite easy to scratch, I wish that this was more resistant to scratches. That would make this little player quite phenomenal!
