Just Say "NO" to Cheap Foam Insoles

  • Place the Ninja insert UNDER your shoe's insole with the label face down.
  • Be sure the Ninja insert remains well seated against the rear of the shoe. Cover with your shoe's insole.
  • Use the enclosed hook and loop fastener to secure the Ninja insert to the bottom of the shoe ONLY if you experience slipping of the Ninja insert during use.

  • No. Samurai Insoles Ninjas are plastic arch supports with no foam or cushioning present. They must be placed underneath a shoes already present insole to be effective and comfortable.

  • No. Samurai Insoles Ninjas are 3/4 length, not a full length insole. They are designed to comfortably support the arch of the foot and not extend beyond the ball of the foot.

  • No. Samurai Insoles Ninjas are only compatible with a shoe with a removable factory insole.

  • Samurai Insoles Ninjas are designed to comfortably support the arch of the foot. Despite appearing narrow for some, Ninjas are designed to provide comfortable arch support when placed under the shoe's removable insoles.

  • Your feet may need some time to get used to the support of Ninjas for maximum comfort. Start with wearing them an hour/day, and work your way up from there! For safety, we must recommend discontinuing use of Ninjas if pain is increased during use.

The insoles are unisex and the heels are narrow which fits a woman’s shoe but are too narrow for my heal so they hurt.

I purchased these on Feb 22 2025 to try since none of the other sofe inserts were helping my heel pain.I even went to the Foot store and they wanted $1600.00 for their inserts. I puirchased these from amazon for $32.00I started to feel relief as soon as I started wearing them. I am walking better and have little to next to nothing pain on my heel. I plan to purchase anther pair for my other sneakers.I did contact the manufacture with a question and they got back to me in a short peroid of timeI am 100% satified with the Samural Insole Ninjas. Thank You for relieving the heel painI just received my second set of Insoles. I put them in my Sketcher sneakers and they feel outstanding. I can now wear the sketchers again. I recommend these insoles 100 %

excellent support, they fit easily under the existing sole, they do not slide around, I am so impressed! just what I needed. I like the durability and the material they are made out of, which will cause no increased "smell".

After seeing a podiatrist and being diagnosed with fallen arches, I searched the internet and found this product. I must tell you they are all what they claim to be. Super supportive in the arches and very comfortable. I’m ordering 3 more pair for my other shoes and boots. If you wear work boots like I do all day they are very comfortable. Jim

I lost my custom orthotics about a year ago and was suffering terribly with plantar fasciitis. My daughter bought these orthotics for my granddaughter to use especially in her soccer shoes. She no longer complains of painful feet when she gets off the pitch. So I gave them a try. I’ve been wearing them for over a week now and they are very comfortable to wear! I just lift the heel portion of the insole and insert the orthotics. They allow my foot and ankle to move like they were intended to and yet they provide the necessary arch support without paying $500 for custom orthotics. Will definitely buy these again!!!

I received these recently and promptly put them in my shoes per the instructions. I've noticed no difference in my plantar fascitis even with doing the excercises that I do, and even after several weeks. Waste of money!
