Horrible product. Insanely hard to put together. Seriously, there are twenty steps and the instructions are barely legible. No type of piece map included so you can’t inventory the parts. Also, the whole thing is cheap plastic.

Easy to put together. Has been in use going on its second year. Birds seem happy and so am I. Most bays were used in their first year. We have had fords up to this point and this just added additional room for the expanding colony.

It's looks like wood, but it's plastic. Easy to assemble! Some robins are around it, but it's not nesting season.I'll have to wait until next spring to see how well the robins really like it!!

We live on approximately 14 acres out in the country, have about 6 1/2 in pasture and grass. We have noticed many purple martins drinking water out of our pool as they fly by. Had to look it up, but purple Martin prefer to drink while they are flying so they look for ponds lakes or pools to drink from. But we didn’t know where they were all nesting. Bought two of these in the hopes that we would attract more to our property. Didn’t have a big bug problem before, but just liked to see them around. Put them up in February in Northwest Georgia, and by 1 May, had multiple nesting pairs in both houses . Estimating approximately 50% full, for the first year we think that is pretty good. Also bought the corresponding 15 foot pole from the same manufacturer. Easy assembly very sturdy, although we did add a Brace as you can see on the fence post to stabilize the post. If you look really closely , there is a purple Martin sitting on the roof. Would buy again. We’ll see how long it lasts.

Despite feeling a bit flimsy these things hold up so well! There was an old one on the property when we moved in that was bursting at the seams from having never been cleaned so we wanted the same model to use the existing telescoping pole and taking down the old one really showed how well these hold up to the elements! Fairly straightforward to assemble and love the double high feature- easy to clean with the front panels opening up. Looks great and not too heavy to mount from a ladder single handed
