These are exactly the same as the matco one i had bought years ago. These were a bit stiff when i got them, but after working them a bit and lubricating them they loosened up

These things are awesome! They have some sort of clutch that holds them tight in the line, then just pull them apart and you're done. They hold out 100psi without having to clamp something on the air line and cause damage. Best clamp pliers out there!

Pliers are indeed small. More suited to chainsaw type fuel lines than larger machines like zero turn mowers. Pliers are extremely stiff. Requires a lot of effort to both open and close. Basically almost a two handed operation. I had envisioned they would close east and unlock with a little pressure on a cam lock. No way. Just very stiff and will not break in with use.

Happy to buy the remaining Made in USA Sk-Tools, since the Chinese bought them, it’s now all made in China junk.

As an average fully-grown man, these are just smaller than the length of my hand. So, yes, these are tiny compared to other pinch pliers I have. Still, these do a great job on small tubing where the larger ones won't even work.So if you have to deal with small hoses like small engine gas lines or vacuum lines (and you don't want to remove and plug them), then I think you'll find these are a great add. Tool quality, finish and grip are excellent.
