Q1: What Kind of Fabric is the Hammock ?
A1: The Aerial Yoga hammock is made of 5.5 yards of 40-denier Nylon Tricot aerial fabric in various colors, Low stretch or Non stretch. Our Yoga Swing Sets are PERFECT for aerial yoga or Aerial Acrobatics, Circus, Dance, Pilates, inverting, stretching, tricks, or just relaxing!
Q2: How Strong are the Hammocks?
A2: The hammocks are made of high density nylon made to hold up to 2000 lbs. They are suspended by industrial strength polyester wraps.
Q3: Can I Use My Aerial Equipment Outside ?
A3: Sure, and just how amazing is that? Our silks can be 100% used and enjoyed outside. Direct sunlight exposure can however cause the material`s color to fade in time. For this reason, we don`t recommend storing your silk outside long-term.

- How Difficult are Aerial Yoga Classes ?
- A certain amount of strength and body awareness is required to do the Flow and Strength classes but the Beginner and Restore classes should be accessible to most.

We got this for our kids for Christmas and they have NOT stopped using it. They get home from school and immediately run down to play. It has been the biggest hit. They are learning some aerial silk moves on it and I love that it is working on their strength! They also love using it as a swing and do spins and flips on it as well.The material is very high quality and the colors are gorgeous. They are almost shimmery. It comes with the carabiners and then we just attached anchor hooks into our studs in the basement. Such an affordable gift for years and years of fun. My are 5, 7 and 9 and my 9 year old son loves it as well! Very versatile. Would recommend over and over again.

I purchased this as a Christmas present for my daughters. They absolutely love it! The silk is surprisingly long and durable. They use it as a swing, hammock and my gymnast daughter has figured out all kinds of fun flips and tricks she can do with the silk. When their friends come over our house, this is the first thing they want to do. It has gotten many hours of use and still looks like new.Most challenging thing was finding some place for us to hang it since we do not have high ceilings. My husband ended up mounting it under our deck. Set up and take down is simple enough that I can remove the silk and take it indoors if we are expecting bad weather. Considering buying another so we have two for when my girls have friends over.

I have two girls who love all things gymnastics so this was for sure a favourite Christmas gift. Once we figured out how to actually set it up (there are no instructions) it’s been a lot of fun.We watched some youtube videos on how to properly tie the knots. Make sure you buy some mats to put underneath.

I'm giving this only 1 star as there is no instructions or manual, guide, nothing that shows you how to set this up, how to tie the knots or anything that is helpful in using. I had to search up YouTube videos to figure this out.

Shipped and recieved as described with all pieces. It would have been nice to have some guidelines included about which knots to use when tying, but otherwise very pleased with it.
