Disconnect the negative terminal from the battery post
Carefully loosen the clamp on the negative terminal of the battery using a wrench or appropriate tool, then lift the terminal off the battery post to fully disconnect it.
Place the negative battery post into the opening of the battery switch terminal hole
If the battery post and the switch do not fit snugly, insert one of the included shims to ensure a proper connection.Place the copper conductive sheets on the side of the terminal closest to the securing screw.
Tighten the Securing Screw
Adjust the battery switch to the desired position, ensuring proper alignment with the terminal. Then, tighten the securing screw to firmly hold the switch in place.
Install Negative Cable
Insert the negative cable directly into the terminal hole or attach it using a lug connector. Once in place, tighten the securing screw to ensure a firm and stable connection.
