I had purchased Smart Ink products a number of times before and there were no issues until the recent order. In the latest purchase, the cartridge did not get accepted by the printer. I phoned the customer service and they were quick to remedy the situation. A replacement package was sent out immediately and arrived in less than two days. The replacement works well. Print quality is excellent. Kudos for the customer service representative, Ben, who was very helpful in resolving the issue. I have no hesitation to purchase from them again.

bought this a year and a half ago, my cartrige stoped working. when i went to ask for any fixes, i was expecting sorry we cant help,BUT they sent a hole new pair. just AMAZING.

Customer Service is top notch - one cartridge started acting up, a few months after installing and they helped troubleshoot. When it still wouldn’t work, they sent a replacement. Definitely worth the savings!

My printer has rejected every non-hp cartridge but I've had absolutely no issues with these. Lasted two months longer than the hp xl cartridges too, for a fraction of the price

Initially, the cartridge was being marked as "incompatible" by my printer, and as it was about a year since I had purchased it (I had only used the black cartridge as at that time I had a full colour cartridge) so I figured I'd send an email to their customer support team, as I had heard good things about them. They absolutely did not disappoint. Alex (my representative) was incredibly helpful in understanding my issue and was able to send me a replacement. The quality of the prints made with the ink are on-par (if not better) with what HP charges dozens for, but for an honest price. I highly recommend these guys when purchasing ink.

There customer service was great. The first ones ordered actually didn't work, I messaged their Customer Support and they sent a replacement within two days and these one worked great! Definitely will order again from them. Such a money saver

My first cartridge had issues but they were extremely quick to send me a new one once we determined that was the problem. There was no wait time for help and they had the cartridge to me in 2 days. I also got a bonus black cartridge as they sent me another pack of the combo I ordered to replace the color one.I like that they are upcycled cartridges refilled and the price point is great. It's my first time ordering this brand, if my cartridges work great to the end I will change my review to 5 stars

My finicky HP printer has rejected cartridges from several other remanufactured brands sold here on Amazon. After wasting money on other brands, I was skeptical when Smart Ink said these cartridges were guaranteed to work . But they work just fine. Print quality is great at a reasonable price. I will buy these again and recommend them to others.

I bought 2 units of black 63XL and 2 units of colour 63XL. However, one unit of black 63XL and one unit of color 63XL are faulty. I contacted the vendor and no news from them even after a week. Crap!
