With up to nine duct connection choices, these models offer almost unlimited design flexibility. The SF-FQ models do not require exterior access doors which make them the more economical installation choice. Suburban Q-Series furnaces have been redesigned to be significantly quieter. Increasing the efficiency of the furnace blower to deliver more CFM, allowed Suburban Design Engineers to lower the motor RPM to deliver the same amount of air but at a substantially lower sound level. Received my furnace quickly. I had questions about mounting and performance. Had problems with the first unit I got. They very quickly got me a new unit delivered. After it was installed properly it works wonderfully. The only issue I have is that sometimes when the thermostat kicks on the furnace dosen't start. I have to turn the thermostat down and back up and it turns right back on. It's a pain in the butt but sometimes but I'm incredibly grateful for the company's support and quick resolution to my issues. Only problem is there's no phone number to call. Everything was done through the Amazon app. Messages were answered quickly and accurately. Would definitely do business with this company again.

The case was bent, used the old one. Had to modify the gas supply line to the rear. Have used it 2 nights and it works flawlessly and quieter than the original. Thanks
