Note:
Please save your two screws because the screws included maybe not work. Don't forget to use the white rubber washers in a clear baggy.
We are highly recommended to use hand screwer tool for the installation. Electronic tool are easily screwing too tight and case cracked.
This F150 third brake light includes 1pc foam gasket and is generally waterproof. Please kindly put a little silicone or some clear RTV all across the top to help seal it just in case it leaks into the 3rd break light or where the wires are.
1. The red lights come on with the brake, and the white lights come on when you turn on the interior dome lights;
2. Please note that the white lights are not reverse lights. They are controlled by your interior light switch. We call it Cargo Lights;
3. The cargo lights no longer work as courtesy lights when you unlock the doors with the keyfob;
4. If you turn on your cargo lights, they don't turn on automatically when door opens;
5. You will have to run a separate wire if you want to use as a backup light
