This product is absolutely horrible.Please don't waste your money on this item,#1 it's not wood#2 it's VERY poorly made, warped neck, won't stay tuned, cracks and chips in paint, neck is separating from body.#3 way over priced at best this is a 5-10$ item I can't even call it guitar it's basically garbage....This company is horrible, I wish I could give negative stars....

Don't expect to be able to tune it. Several strings have snapped and the tuning pegs cannot not be tightened (they are quite loose). When we did succeed in tightening one the string broke.Regardless our child loves to play her very out of tune, missing a string, guitar.
