I installed these toners today for the first time. The printer came up looking to Install toners. There were no chips on the cartridges to allow the printer to see the new toners.UPDATE: this company stepped up and replaced the shipment with no problems. They were quite easy to deal with and wanted to correct the issue.

went through all the troubleshooting with Brother and it seems that it's because they're not recognized products. I'm using Brother hl-l3290cdw with these TN223 replacement cartridges.

Simple installation. All four cartridges were recognized by the printer. Printed a report and everything shows 100%. Print colors are all rich and my printer works perfectly. Highly recommend.FOLLOW-UP: I have been using these cartridges for the last two months and I have printed about 1000 pages in color. Not one glitch and the rich color prints are the best that I've ever seen come out of my printer.

Très satisfait de ces cartouches. Parfaitement compatible avec mon imprimante samsung. De ce fait, j'ai racheté plusieurs fois ces cartouches chez le même vendeur.

I don't write many reviews - but for this I have to. I feared that the toner cartridges are somehow inferior - but I was absolutely delighted that they fit perfectly and the prints are excellent. Delivery was speedy and the price is super. Only one small thing: the printer reports that the cartridges are "not from HP" and suggests to throw them away and replace them by some overpriced HP stuff (No way). But to make them absolutely perfect: can you please get that solved ?

This was a great buy for the cost. You definitely get your monies worth. The quality of the print is spot on and you wouldn't event know it's an off brand. I will definitely be using them again.
