Tried these out for the first time, they worked perfectly… the only downside!! I wish I had got 10 meters instead of 6… very lightweight and easy to store in my motorhome

ケーブルに印刷されている表記を信じるなら、シースの耐熱温度は80℃、芯線の絶縁体の耐熱温度は200℃です。車に太陽光パネルを付けて使おうと思っています。真夏の炎天下の車の鉄板の上はかなり高温になりそうなので、シース耐熱温度が80℃だと一抹の不安はあります。120℃位あればなぁ…というのが正直なところ。ただまぁ、取り回しを工夫すれば大丈夫かな。80℃で即使用不可能になる訳では無いと思うし。太さはAWG10であればちょうど良さそうです。AWG10だと許容電流は49A。それなりの大きさのパネルを接続しても大丈夫かと思います。（もっとも、シースに印字された文字が正確であれば…という前提ではありますが）ちなみに、商品名に「10AWG 6mm²ソーラー延長ケーブルソーラーパネル接続用」 とあります。しかし、AWG10の線は5.26mm²。少しでも盛りたくて繰り上げたのかもしれませんが、これはいけません。折角出来が良いケーブルなのに残念です。

太い線は安心ですね。冬の室内ですが、線も柔らかく、取り回しが良いと感じます。

Unlike a lot of others, this cable comes with both red and black component cables enclosed in an outer sheath making it much easier to handle and far less likely to tangle. The connectors are standard design and good quality. I have it connected to solar panels on my workshop roof and it's charging my Ecoflow Delta. When out in the camper it will allow me to position my fold out solar panels to get the best of the sun while still using my power station in the van.

First the major criticism. This is listed as 6mm^2 cable; it is not. What it is is 10AWG, which when you do the conversion is only about 5 mm^2. I was immediately suspicious as soon as I felt how flexible it was; 6 mill should not bend like that. That makes a difference because solar panels can reach very high currents, a 500 W array at 12 volts has a nominal maximum of 40A. That is fine with 6 mill cable but borderline with 5 mill. You would probably get away with it in that case but there will be cases where this will fail.That said the product is a good 5 mm^2 cable. A reliable reasonable length cable for solar applications. The preinstalled MC4 connectors are good as most charge controllers will have MC4 inputs. If they don't then just strip one end (or get a better charge controller). They are now installed on my off grid system running two 120W panels in parallel which is within spec. That will change to 6 panels soon which would blow this cable so as with all solar systems watch out for the maximum current.So with one caveat about cable diameter this is recommended
