La description disait que ce micro était supposé fonctionner avec mon CB Uniden, mais ce n'est pas le cas. J'ai essayé le produit aujourd'hui et il est trop tard pour le retourner. :(

I use a cb 6 days a week for at least 12 hours or more a day so I have went through plenty of cb mics. I have had just about all of them from road King to astatic, and I can promise you that all the over priced ones are junk, they don't last no time before the button stops working on them or the cable goes bad. The uniden bearcat mic is the only ones that I will spend my money on anymore, you can't beat them for the price! They have excellent sound and a study build, I have yet to have the cord or button fail on one yet and I can promise you we abuse them in our profession of off road hauling in the southwest va mountains! Best advice I can give is buy this mic and stop wasting money on the others!

Seems to work well, it’s ergonomic design fits easily in the hand. I don’t understand why a Uniden mic going into a Uniden radio would need a 4 to 6 pin adapter.

This microphone only works on radios that are made for electret microphone elements. Not just any 4 pin radio, only the ones that say electret microphone in the radio manual. The electret element requires the radio to supply voltage on the audio wire to power the element. The element has transistors built in and will not work without power.On a radio that is made for it, this microphone sounds fantastic. I run this on my Stryker 955 and get great reports on clarity and quality of sound.

This is a good working mic. It seems many mics today the trigger gets wore and sends a scratchy sound. Not the BC646. They last a very long time and people say my modulation is clear. I have ordered a few for friends and they like them as well. I use it on a Cobra CB because it has the 4-pin.
