Product does what it says it does, stays in the ear properly, and is comfortable.Takes a remold or two to get it perfect but it's comfortable to wear all shift and keeps me aware of my surroundings.

I was really wanting to like this ear piece. I thought with it being able to be formed to my ear it would be great. It was not.I followed the directions to form it to my ear. Once the material cooled and hardened it was painful in my ear. I tried it with my radio and just from my locker to the computer down the hallway my ear was sore. I heard a few radio transmissions through it and the sound was clear but even with the awareness plug I felt like I had to talk louder than usual. I went right back to what I was previously using within 3 minutes of trying it out.I would not recommend this. The material is too hard and I don’t know how well the awareness feature really works.Two stars because the sound was clear and the instructions were easy to follow.

Takes a few tries to get right but the fact you can re-mold it over and over makes it pretty awesome. My only complaint is how deep it goes in the ear even with the smallest cover. Other than that you can have it in for 12-16 hours and no rubbing or pain.

Easy to mould and fits nicely in ears, I can easily hear clearly and can wear on a 12 hour shift no problem.

Super easy to mold, instructions included, and super comfortable. They also come with a LOT of different silicone tips. They also include a little storage bag!

I use them for a security guard earpiece and it works great. Instructions for molding them to your ear is easy to follow.

It's a really good concept but it's so uncomfortable in the ear you can't have it in for longer than 30min at a time as it's so hard once formed. 100% regret buying.

What I dislike about the product is that the ear piece gets harden really quick. It's not soft. And after it's been in ur ear for a little while it start to hurt the ear because the product turns solid. And in order to try and re-adjust it you gotta follow the steps again. I've only used it 5x's and I can 100% guarantee that it was a waste of time, money and product is trash.

I was interested in trying this earpiece because its the only one that offered a 'custom' mold which I was hoping would (a) keep the piece in my ear better and (b) improve sound quality. It was very effective in keeping the piece in my ear, but my ear felt occluded and it definitely impacted my ability to hear surrounding noise. I found I would always turn my head to orient my free ear when talking to people. My biggest issue though was related to comfort. This isn't a cheap earpiece and as others have mentioned the tough thermoplastic material is hard! My ear started feeling sore after a couple hours. I probably could have 'gutted through it' but found other options that were more comfortable.I REALLY wanted to love it, and I don't hate it - in fact I keep in my pocket as a back up, but it isn't my preferred piece. Also, I found it a challenge to mold in my ear. I got it after a few tries but its certainly isn't a thing of beauty! My thumbprint is indelibly marked into the outer aspect where I kept it pushed in while cooling and it looks misshapen, although that's just an aesthetic issue, which doesn't impact sound quality or usability. I didn't find that it increased the sound quality over any of the other ear pieces I had, although that's probably more a function of the headset used. But still, I was hoping that by putting the tube right in my ear it might have increased the perceived volume a bit. Alas, that was not the case.All in all, not a bad choice, but not for me. Would try again if they offered one that used a softer plastic.

Initially when purchasing this i was impressed with how easy it was to get working however its too quiet when in the ear even when the radio is on max volume. Its uncomfortable for prolonged use because the plastic gets extremely hard after moulding. Very expensive for what it is and it changes shape slightly after every shift. When i get back into the office and im not actively out at a job i have to take it out due to the pure discomfort of it. Genuinely hurts wouldn't recommend unfortunately.

I bought this earpiece for my work radio to replace my hear through earpiece. I go though one of the other earpieces every few months so I wanted something more sustainable.It molded easily and fits my ear well. Radio communications are as clear as the other earpiece however this earpieces ability to allow for environmental sound to be heard is very poor. I saw this as a potential safety issue and have only worn it for maybe 15 minutes total.
