They function properly, but they aren't secure in the ear. They fit very loosely and continue to come out of the ear.

These ear pieces work great with the Cobra RX380. I've used them in a theatre situation(communication between the stage and F.O.H)for the last 3 months. A great inexpensive ear piece for a great, inexpensive CB radio.
