Very small inside. Great for countertop but only fits face cloths, not hand towels. Takes a long time to heat towels.

In response to that "review of a free product" - I'd disagree. Not for post shower warmth, with that size only a thin, small towel (1mx40cm max) can fit and because it's small and you can't wrap yourself with it (except if you're a kid), you're still cold and the towel gets cold quick as well. Good for a face towel. Uv light gives it a weird smell too for some reason.

I have to say, for how light and small this heater is it works really well. Can hold max 9-11 towels when stuffed inside, but then you risk blocking the UV light so do be cautious of that. The size is really small, so if you're working in a tiny room, or you only need a few towels heated this would be perfect for any treatment space.The colour is black and glossy, so it will show fingerprints if you have oil on your hands. It takes about 20-30 mins to get the towels truly hot. Which isn't bad in comparison to some towel warmers i've used. Great purchase all around.
