Simple design and simple to install. I like the brushed stainless steel look; it's classy but not flashy. Our towels were warm and toasty. I love that you don't have to hard-wire the rack. The cord is the perfect length - not so long that it hangs on the floor, but long enough to reach the plug in the wall.

This POPFLY Heated Towel Rack is very good quality and simple to install. From opening the box to finishing the install took me about 45 minutes. POPFLY included all needed hardware (including extras) and an Allen driver for the needed set screws. The tools I had to provide were a cross-point screwdriver, a hammer to knock the plastic anchors into the wall, and a level.I removed our existing towel rack and put the heated towel rack in its place. Unfortunately for the install the heated rack was a bit wider and so I will need to fill a couple of holes from the old rack and apply a lick of paint but on the other hand, it is a good thing since we can now fit two towels onto the heated rack. We had a close outlet on the wall so I just wrapped the extra rack’s power cord around one of the standoff posts that does not heat up.The rack comes ready to go. You just screw the four standoff posts onto the rack, screw the four mounts into the wall, and then hang the rack on the mounts using the four set screws. Plug it in and turn it on. Installing a new TV can be more complicated.The rack is well made and the brushed stainless steel has a nice look and finish. Everything is tight, straight, and I could not find a single sharp edge. The control is minimalistic which keeps the clean look. Only two touch sensor buttons; one for on/off/timer and one for temp. The display switches between time and temp so you know what you set. It is really nice the previous setting is remembered for the next time you turn on the rack. The timer can go from 1 hour up to 8 hours. I can’t see warming towels for 8 hours so I guess you can also use the rack to dry damp towels or take the chill out of a small bathroom since the rack only uses 60 watts.I have no complaints. This was a simple, quick, and easy install for something that looks good and makes life a little better. My wife loves her warm towels.

It’s very difficult to get this towel rack to turn on. Wish it had a timer.

It came without any screws and the little rods. So disappointing!
