My husband bought this as an early birthday present for me to have as I was recovering from hip surgery. I love, love love this towel warmer! I am always cold especially in the cold, damp northeast winters. Full disclosure, I have only used it in my "warm bathroom" with the shower stall. That bathroom has plenty of room to store under the pedestal sink and the cord is long enough to move the unit closer to the shower stall for easy to reach access. It is a very large for my regular size bath towel, turbin hair towel and my first layer of clothing. The ONLY thing to watch out for is the power button is sensitive to turn off. There is nothing worse than thinking your towels are warm and realize you inadvertently turned the unit off.It feels oh so decadent.... But, It makes me happy and grateful every single time I use it!

We purchased this towel warmer and used it daily during cold weather periods, but not at all during warm seasons. The tower warmer stopped working about 16 months after we purchased it, out of the warranty period. I did a bit of research an found that others had similar issues. I wrote to the manufacturer and asked that they honor their warranty given our experience was apparently a common one likely due to a manufacturing or design issue even though we were 4 months past the warranty expiration. They asked us for a few questions and pictures, approved the warranty claim promptly once that information was provided, and sent us a new unit at their cost. So, (a) I want to call out a company for doing the right thing and being responsive, (b) recommend the product during the period that it worked property, but (c) am withholding 5 stars because there appears to be some manufacturing or design issues.

Update: I contacted customer service and after some troubleshooting they replaced my faulty unit. I’m so used to this towel warmer that I don’t think I can live without it, especially on colder days.Bought this towel warmer on July 11, 2023. Used it on a daily basis, very solid performance. Evenly warms one towel. Fits two towels, but maybe because of the volume, circulation is not too well and you get hot/cold spots. It suddenly stopped working on Feb. 22, 2025. Had a good run, but would've liked it to work for longer. Looking for a different brand for more durable product.

I bought this 2 years ago, placed it in storage, unopened, because I bought a heated towel bar, for my new home. Last fall, I pulled it out to use with my hot tub, but decided not to put it outside. It ended up in my bathroom, because I found it worked better than the towel bar. Unfortunately it didn't last, and stopped working, after less than a year of use. When it worked, it was great, but I can't buy this item, every year, so I do not recommend. Update 10/4/24, Contacted Customer Service to see if I could get a small circuit board, probably cost less $10.00. The one on my unit has a blown capacitor, blew the cover right off, when it expanded. Nope, although they still make the unit the same way, they would not ship out the part. They were more than happy to give me a 30% credit, to buy a new one. No thanks! Don't buy!

Was working reasonably well heating towels, but stopped working all of a sudden after less than 2 years. Now it turns on but produces zero heat.

I love this product .. but a have a questionCan i put a metal rack of some sort in the bottom of it so i dont have to reach for smaller items at the bottom?

The product appears to work well. The wooden legs that it rests upon are not quite perfectly levelled so the unit rocks back and forth a wee bit if it was checked for stability, but it is still able to function properly.

Heats robes, throws and towels so very comforting. Needs at least 15 minutes to achieve the warmth and better if at least 30 minutes. Very stylish in design. Very highly recommended

I bought 2 of these within 3 months of each other. One has completely failed and won't turn on and the 2nd one is getting more difficult to turn on each day. Not likely to last another month, based on the one that has already failed. I suspect the switches are of very poor integrity and fail easily. It is disappointing, because initially the towel warmer worked great...so much so that I bought a second one. Add to that the price has jumped by almost a $100 in the last year. I reached out to Amazon, but was told I needed to deal with the Seller directly. Good luck with that. There are numerous reviews with exactly this same problem. Bottom line....."AVOID THIS PRODUCT."

Great product for a hot tub in winter. It can hold two towels and might take about 15 minutes to warm them up. They won’t be as hot as a dryer but it is just so lovely to come out of a hot tub to a nice warm towel. I find the bucket version better than a wall hanging dryer like my parents used to have because it keeps the whole towel warm. My life hack is to put my towel in the dryer while I’m getting ready and then pop it into the bucket by the door to the backyard while I’m hot tubbing. This makes it maintain a higher heat level but is probably unnecessary. Lid is light plastic but the whole thing is cute. If you want to see another review check out “the hot tub lady” on YouTube and her video about the best accessories for owning a hot tub. It’s that is what motivated me to buy this! I’m very happy with my purchase!
