Come altri utenti, anche io ho avuto un problema, dopo meno di un anno di utilizzo, con il terminale video. Dopo un veloce supporto con il customer service, ed appurato che il problema non era risolvibile, mi hanno spedito un nuovo articolo, e per il momento funziona bene. Speriamo non mi dia ulteriori problemi! Comunque, prodotto davvero valido, e supporto Clienti efficace!

The product works (well, worked in our case) as one would expect. It doesn't need wifi connection which is nice, and what we wanted. Unfortunately, our stopped charging, and essentially we run out of battery. When we contacted customer support (before the one year warranty expires), they got back to us and that they will look into it, promptly and bla, bla, bla Well, guess what, haven't gotten an email from them for the past 2 weeks, and when I ask for an update I am being ignored. So, essential they are ghosting us at this moment - I am not Impressed one bit!!

This is the second boifun monitor we've bought. We liked the other one (the super deluxe model) so much that we specifically searched for this company and found this one for a very good price. I really like that this model has a physical sliding switch to turn on and off. This monitor has a VOX mode that will turn off the screen until it detects noise or movement to save battery life, super cool feature. Picture and sound are decent, night vision works well, also nice that it shows the room temperature.If you are looking for a budget friendly monitor this is a great choice. If you want a bigger screen, 2k resolution and a camera that moves look up biofun's other camera that looks like a little alien. It's pretty much twice the price but is super nice.A final note is their product support, although we haven't had to use it (knock on wood) the product comes with a 3 year warranty. Very good piece of mind to know the camera will last as long as you need it to.

Appena arrivata, l'abbiamo messa in funzione e ci ha colpito in particolare la qualità video in modalità notturna, la camera è in pieno buoio ma nonostante questo le immagini sono perfette! Anche l'audio è ottimo. Il monitor è di facile utilizzo è funziona benissimo la modalità "stendbuy" che permette di tenere spento lo schermo attivandosi in caso di rilevamento del movimento permettendo così di far durare di più la carica. Lo consiglio caldamente soprattutto se si hanno dei bebè a nanna nel lettino ma volete cenare sereni senza dover alzarvi ogni 5 minuti per controllare se il pargolo si sveglia o si muove troppo nel sonno😆

Ho acquistato questa videocamera BOIFUN per monitorare il mio bambino, ed è stata un’ottima scelta! La qualità del prodotto è davvero buona: lo schermo da 3.2'' è nitido, la visione notturna eccellente e le funzioni aggiuntive come il rilevamento della temperatura e dell’umidità sono molto utili per tenere sotto controllo l’ambiente della stanza.Purtroppo, dopo qualche settimana di utilizzo, il dispositivo ha smesso improvvisamente di funzionare. Ho contattato l’assistenza clienti e devo dire che sono rimasto estremamente soddisfatta della loro tempestività. Sono stati professionali, veloci e molto disponibili. Dopo aver spiegato il problema, mi hanno immediatamente offerto una soluzione e in pochi giorni ho ricevuto un prodotto sostitutivo perfettamente funzionante.Il baby monitor ora funziona alla perfezione e mi dà tanta tranquillità. Le ninne nanne sono un’aggiunta deliziosa e il rilevamento VOX è molto sensibile, attivandosi solo quando necessario.Un prodotto eccellente, supportato da un’assistenza clienti impeccabile. Consigliatissimo!

Purchased this camera due to the great reviews, I wanted a monitor that worked without wifi as I had previously had a baby monitor that was wifi connected and it was hacked- I used it to watch my dog, however I would wake up in the mornings with the camera turned as it was a 360 movement pointed to my bedroom door, my boyfriend even heard it moving one day thinking it was me when it was not- never again will I purchase a wifi useable monitor. This one works very well, it’s clear; it has a good hand held monitor. Personally I don’t mind that it will need to be plugged in at most times as I live in a condo and am not going to be going long distances that my battery will run low. The audio is great as well. I did a little test run as baby isn’t born for a few more weeks and it works fantastic. Specially for the price. I did get it on sale which was a nice perk as having to buy so much stuff for baby can get costly. I also enjoy the 3 year warrenty that comes with the product as this way I’m ensured I do get my money worth if something was to happen to the monitor! It shows a great customer service. Which is hard to find some times!

Using this to check garage door position- open or closed- without having to do flight of stairs- it works well and has great picture quality with long depth of field. The monitor battery doesn't last really long but we just leave it plugged in most of the time. Night vision is likely better with shorter range that monitoring a baby would involve.

This a great camera with all the practical features you need to monitor your baby for an affordable price.The first reason I picked this is because of the privacy. With no wifi connection, I don't have to worry about videos of our lives being watched by others and circulated on the web.The other reason I picked this camera is because of the monitor size. Compared to other brands within this price range, I found that this camera has one of the largest screens. Also, the quality of the image is good, especially the night vision which is when it's most important to be able to see the baby clearly. I tested another brand within the same price range and the difference in the image quality is noticeable right away. This camera has the right balance in image quality for daylight and nighttime. The sound quality is also clear with different volume levels that you can adjust using the up and down arrow buttons.The monitor is very user-friendly. The buttons are very straightforward to understand so if you have a baby sitter coming over you won't have to spend too much time explaining how to use the monitor. It's so light and slim. I am able to comfortably carry it on me in my pocket when I'm out doing some gardening while the baby is asleep. The camera was very easy to setup and has been very useful so far.I've had the camera for a few months now and I have had no issues. Overall, highly recommend if you are looking for a good camera without spending too much.

Update:The company sent us a new monitor absolutely free and it works perfectly! It’s actually kind of hard to believe that this monitor is what it is for such a good price. The sound on it works so well that I was doing dishes in the other end of the house and the monitor picked up the sound of the clinking. We are able to lay baby in bed and go about our business and even do yard work outside with peace of mind we will be alerted if she wakes up or even moves slightly. The company’s customer service is also incredibly diligent and takes their business very seriously. Can’t recommend enough!The night vision is excellent as well so you can turn lights off for baby to sleep and not miss anything.Original review:So this camera is amazing but we might have got a defective one because there’s no audio really coming through the monitor even though it’s turned up max volume and we eliminated any background noise. Others seem happy with it so I think maybe ours is broken but I wouldn’t recommend it if you need sound because it will pick up a random sound here or there but baby cried and no sound came through at all. If we get someone to talk next to the camera it will pick up a random sound of it here or there but even then the volume coming through is barley a whisper. If you only need this for the camera it’s great but a waste of money if you are relying on hearing baby cry from another room.
