I bought this for my baby cousin. It arrives with full batteries, it barks when you turn it on. It is so cute. It seems very sturdy as well. It pulls along nicely, but i think the string could be a little longer but that is just personal preference for me and not a toddler. What baby doesnt like lights and noise. Perfect for little ones and actually affordable. I wasnt expecting the quality of this toy with the cheap price

This little dog seems well made, and promotes basic verbal learning.Unfortunately, it fails to hold our 16-month-old son’s attention for any amount of time, even though he is generally interested in both wheeled toys, and toys that talk to him. This may just be an age or toddler-specific issue but this is one of few toys he doesn’t seem interested in at all.I think this would be a solid option for a child with a specific affinity for dogs, but otherwise I’d look for something a little more interesting.
