I'm still trying to figure out how to handle my dumbbells with these grips because my hands slip. I don't think they are the best option if you are a person who sweats a lot of hands like me. Also another detail is that it has a short grip, I mean that if you are going to use it to load the bar, you will most likely have to add other reinforcements so that it does not slip and your hand feels safer.

MNy 2 daughters LOVE doing the monkey bars / parallel bars in the schoolyard. Every fall and spring, they come back home with huge blisters on their hainds because they do that too much, and that comes with a lot of drama as it hurts but they still don't want to stop doing the infamous monkey bars!I tried a few options to protect their hands... And finally... This is it!!!My kids are 8 and 10. The palm protector fits both of them perfectly. It lets them do the bars without getting any blisters (And letting the existing blisters heal!). They are easy to put on. They don't cover the whole hand so it's not too hot. It holds great to the bar, not slippery or too sticky. Well, I can say I finally found my solution!!
