These work great in my fashionable but too flat shoes.These have enough support but not too stiff. Also, they don't take up too much room in my shoe, some inserts are too much and makes the shoe too tight. These are just right for me.I love my Hey Dudes, but my feet hate them.I put these shoe inserts in and I can walk all day in my formerly cute but uncomfortable dudes.It's convenient to have these, I can switch them out into whatever I am wearing for comfort.I would recommend.

I ordered these insoles for my sweet husband, who has flat feet, and they’ve been helpful in providing extra support. The arch support is firm, and they fit well in his shoes. I have plantar fasciitis and also have flat feet so it can be extremely painful being on my feet at times. It's hard finding a pair of shoes with an already good insole that provides support for plantar fasciitis. These insoles are amazing! They offer great arch support and have noticed that it helps cushion my feet a lot more whether I'm walking, standing or even exercising.The insoles are lightweight and fit perfectly in most of my shoes. They provide just the right balance of cushioning and support, firm enough to alleviate discomfort but soft enough to stay comfortable for hours.Also, it's a great deal for the price. Normally certain orthotic inserts can be up to $50 or more depending on if you're getting a specific brand or custom orthotics. I really recommend this to anyone looking for a cheaper alternative!

Great targeted support that gives good relief on the heel and arch while freeing up the toes area to not create a tight spot. The insoles are fairly stiff and work well with work boots and more stiff shoes.

I have flat feet and I'm always on the lookout for quality insoles. These ones are thick enough to provide solid support without feeling bulky, and the cushioning in the heel is especially effective at reducing discomfort. What’s great is that they fit in my work shoes alright, and makes standing for long periods more manageable. I've been using them daily, and they're holding up really well- no odors, and the memory foam bounces back to its original shape like when I first got them.

I have recurring issues with plantar fasciitis and have learned to wear inserts in all my shoes. I wear a women's size 9.5 shoe but accidentally ordered men's size 8-13. I noticed they were longer than my other inserts but surprisingly that did not cause a problem. The length ends in a comfortable spot past my arch. They do not move around after a day of walking. The box was labeled extra support so I was hoping for a thicker heel area. I do wish the heel area was thicker as I think I would benefit from more support under my heel. Each insert is marked with a R or L for shoe placement. I will continue to search for Welnove inserts with a thicker heel as I have been exceptionally pleased with their products for plantar fasciitis like their nighttime foot brace.

This is an insole with a high arch. At the time of this review, the listing shows the same measurements for the women’s size 6-10 and men’s 8-13, which of course is not correct. The women’s 6-10 is about 7-1/4” long and 3-1/8” wide at the front. For our size 7 women’s shoes, there’s about two inches between the front of the insole and the front of the shoe. Thus, this insole is mostly for supporting the heel and arch and you won’t have any support at the toes, especially if you have larger feet. The memory foam has a lot of support and springs back to the original thickness quickly.

I have mixed experience with insoles for plantar fasciitis and associated issues. Some work well for a while, some do very little, some provide pretty consistent support. These ones so far have fallen into that last category.They are flexible but sturdy with some nice cushion on the heel in particular. They fit easily into my boots and shoes and don't add so much bulk that my foot fits into the shoe differently or makes the shoe uncomfortable. They offer enough arch support to make walking as much as I do easier with my foot pain, and overall having these in my shoes has helped mitigate and slowly improve the pain I have in my feet.They also are still in good shape, don't show any signs of significant wear (and I wear them daily) and I have not noticed any issues with smell or anything like that either.These are a great option for those needing extra cushion and support.

These orthotics insoles seem well made and durable. Compared to the regular/full length inserts, this ¾ length design makes it much easier to fit them in most of my shoes without trimming. They seem to provide decent support to my feet and help reduce foot pain and discomfort, definitely worth trying if you have any foot problems or need for extra support.
