Very easy to use and setup! Video quality is crystal clear and night vision is awesome. The app is fantastic and handy to have when you're not home.Had a small issue of the baby monitor losing signal and unable to pair with the camera but contacted Wuuk customer support who helped resolve the issue quickly! They follow up making sure you are fully happy and satisfied and the product.Couldn't be more happy with the purchase!

The Baby camera is great! Works well with monitor and the App is also useful. However what made the difference in our case was costumer service which was very helpful to assist us when needed. Truly recommend products from this company. Special thanks to Annie who assist us.

Très contente de la qualité du produit. La caméra est facile à installer. L'écran est vraiment très bien et l'image est de très bonne qualité. Le son fonctionne très bien dans les deux sens.L'application sur portable fonctionne également très bien.Réglage de la luminosité, du son, des alarmes (sonore et mouvements), température de la pièce, taux d'humidité, mode veille, vision nocturne ( voir photo ci-joint). Possibilité d'ajouter des caméras supplémentaires.Je recommande !

Love the colour and shark camera, monitor is in great quality and sound goes up really loud. Can take the monitor to any room in the house and still excellent connection/picture.

Low quality product. 90 days using it and the screen isn’t working anymore. I can only use it through my phone. I’m never buying this again and advise you to stay away. The return window closed 20 days ago.

I have tested about six different baby video monitors from different brands ranging from low to high price levels. One comparable device from boifun was in use for several months (until its battery broke).After half a year of usage I have to say this one from WUUK offers the best value for money compared to the other ones I tried. It has a stable connection, low delay, great infrared view and display resolution. We use both the direct wireless monitor connection and the smartphone app (sometimes at the same time). Most importantly, it features auto-display-on (at monitor) and push-notifications (at the smartphone) once the monitor detects movement, which draws our attention on when our little one enters a shallow-sleep phase and is about to wake up already BEFORE waking up and crying. This feature is rarely found on similar devices on the market.The second HUGE plus: an outstanding customer service. I had to contact them regarding the initial shipment and I got immediate, considerate, and helpful response. The same after posting a minor feature request for the app. (In comparison, the boifun service didnt even respond after reaching out after the battery breakdown).

We bought 3 amazon baby camera to test out and we decided to keep this one. The picture quality is the best, wide angle, the monitor is quite handy without using wifi, but we can still use the app to check out baby on our phones. We had a small problem with the SD card slot, and the customer service gave us solution promptly. We are very happy with the product and the customer service.

See original review below. Since then the customer service contacted me and sent a new camera to try out, it seems to be working better. I will say this review change is largely due to the customer experience I received after my initial disappointment. Like originally stated the camera is great, battery is good, picture is clear, I hope this one lasts!I was so excited when I first opened this. Huge screen, wide angle, clear picture, noise cancellation but so many issues that just end up making it useless. Constantly freezes so you think they are sleeping when in fact they are not lol. You have to then go in and unplug and plug in camera multiple times for it to work again. Camera randomly goes black so you have to repeat same steps above. Extremely loud call button on the camera itself will randomly go off in the babies room causing them to wake up. 🤯Do not buy.
