The item itself is good and value for money but it was inadequately packaged and arrived broken. There was then a period of "horse trading" about a refund but I did eventually get my money back.

This tool is flimsy, arrive with one end of the T broken off. Did not want to go through the trouble of returning, just super glued the piece back on.
