They are stated as 4–5-inch pots for size. I could not get my 5-inch pots to fit. The openings are more like 4 3/4-inch potholders.

The plastic plant trays are made from thick plastic and will last a long time. Probably pbt or something similar, they are solid and won't break the first time you pick it up loaded like so many of the other ones I've bought. Usually the quality long term saucers like this cost a little more and I will definitely come back to get more of these. I recently paid $10 a piece for a similar size and thickness with grooves in it when these were almost just as good. Works exactly as intended and has taken the abuse of sitting in the sun and being moved every day. Easy to clean and great for bottom watering. Highly recommend for the value and overall quality.

The six inch pots I ordered to go with these don't actually fit. The bottom of the pots don't touch the bottom of the tray leaving a gap. To make it worse, the overflow holes aren't that much higher than where the bottom of the pot sits. So if you want to water from below, that leaves only a little bit of water actually touching the pot. Which means it will evaporate out fast leaving no water touching. The overflow holes are also hard to see making it very easy to overflow and leaving a mess.It's too bad because these trays are a good idea but a very poor design. I probably won't be using these again, the plain old square trays work better.

They are heavy duty and seem to work well. Should last for years.

Most plant holders have holes in the bottom so when you water the plants in the holder they don't sit in water.. These holders do not have hole that drain well. Otherwise the holder is strong and substantial.
