My right leg is shorter than my left leg, so I wear one of these in my right shoe and it works very well. I've tried several different types of inserts and these seem to work the best.

Purchased these for my dad following a knee replacement as he was having back pain and we suspected this would help. There are many in a pack, which could be used to stack, or in his case, provide a lift in several pairs of shoes. They stick well and are comfortable in the shoe. You can get the lift you need for basically any teen or adult shoe size (he is a men’s 10). I imagine they could be easily trimmed if needed as the material is a silicon feel. Helped with his immediate pain, though may not for all depending on the reason. Good quality and value with so many in a pack. Would recommend this for the cost and flexibility to work for so many sizes and elevation needs.

I like that these gel inserts are stackable and there are enough to truly customize the height needed for leg discrepancy. Since these are a bit springy, I added an extra insert layer to make up for that. The adhesion isn't super strong, but will stay in place if you put the inserts under the insole of the shoe. Overall these are better than other gel shoe inserts and good value.

Pretty good except the layers slide apart from eachother after awhile...had to but a bigger solid one instead.

These are fine. I need 3 layers in one shoe after spine surgery and knee replacement. They are soft and comfortable. They stick to each other great, but not enough adhesion to the inside of my shoe where there is a slightly fuzzy non removable lining. I’m using them in casual clog-style sneakers. I still use them and the fact that they aren’t firmly in place causes no discomfort. But I need to set it up again before slipping my foot back in the shoe.

It appears to me that the adhesive is on the wrong side of the Tan / top inserts . The way they are made , the glue is on the side where your feet / socks sit so your feet or socks STICK to the inserts ?? The Gel sections have glue on the RIGHT SIDE !
