I purchased this to correct a leg length discrepancy (as advertised), but couldn't make it work for this purpose. The curved nature of the product doesn't allow it to sit well under the shoe's insole and it would cause it to move around. It also didn't work for me when installed above the insole as it would still move around.I believe the movement is due to the short length: it only sits under the heal, whereas perhaps if it were longer and extended from the heal to just before the ball of the foot then it wouldn't shift forward in the shoe while walking.

Utilisé pour compenser l'écart de longueur d'une jambe suite à un accident. Semelle confortable et peut permettre de s'adapter à une chaussure quant la semelle complète ne le permet pas.

Me remettant de tendinites au tendons d'achille, j'ai acheté ces talonnettes pour élever les talons mais ce n'était pas une bonne idée car ça a aggravé les douleurs. Néanmoins je pense que des gens sans souci de tendons pourront trouver ces talonnettes confortables

These insoles are amazing so comfortable and easily slip into my shoes. I have high arches and foot problems so this was the perfect solution for my feet. I purchased two pair of the 1.5 inches and found the sellers diagram made my shopping so easy thank you!

Update:I also purchased 3.5cm and they are great. Quality is very good, material is sturdy and long lasting.I use these gel heel inserts in my low heel boots to get an extra lift. They fit perfectly and are super comfortable with gel like support. I am very happy I found them on Amazon, they are exactly what I needed. Thank You 😊

i had to find out that one of the pads is defective after someone told me that my walk doesn't look normal !this product only lasted 6 months. and it could be made better to avoid slipping during every step.

The product is soft yet resilient and the gel quality seems to be good. I bought these as an alternative for my orthotics, which don't fit properly in my dress shoes. As one leg is shorter than the other, one pair will serve two pairs of shoes. The insoles are very comfortable and don't slip around in the shoes. My only concern is that they need to be wider to fit mens shoes. I use a regular width (M) shoe, and the inserts fit OK at the heel cup but have a gap on both sides by the middle of the insoles.

Tengo un problema super fuerte de tendinitis, no las uso por crecer unos centímetros, pero me recomendaron siempre usar un poco de tacón y por el trabajo que tengo siempre ando en tenis, asi que utilizo este tipo de plantillas para solucionar lo del tacón. De todas las plantillas que he comprado, sin duda alguna estas son las mejores y más cómodas. Las recomiendo totalmente.
