Very good , I bought it for the second time, these are the best of all similar items because there is fabrics on the top and is more comfortable for the heel. I Recommend them.

I decided to try these to elevate my heels because I have a very bad/injured achilles tendon and these insoles are just the thing to bring my heel up enough to help.It's not a cure (don't get me wrong) but when you can't get medical help they sure have helped me.

Ich trage sie in den flachen Stiefeln, um mein Bein unter der Wade etwas zu verlängern damit die halben Stiefelschafte nicht an meine Wade reiben.Sehr angenehm beim Laufen, sind weich aber nicht zu weich, verrutschen nicht und können immer gewechselt werden.Im Paket sind mehrere Teile vorhanden. Das Gelpad ist sehr robust und ich nutze sie schon länger als ein Jahr.

Appreciate being able to wear just one set of thick heel cushions rather than several thin ones. ........i use them to prevent heel spurs. The gel ones are the best in that category in my opinion. Great product.

Well made, better than expected and lovely, like walking on jelly. The 2.5 was perfect However my flat feet pronate (rotate inward) so badly these days, looks like I’m going to need a riser with some kind of arch support attached. But since human weight should ALWAYS ONLY be on the ball of the foot anyway (my kinesiology background) a low to medium wedge would be beneficial to just about everyone. Try it and save your feet future problems

I have chronic Achilles tendon issues and I'm 67. My doctor suggested a 1/2 inch heel lift (and ankle support). I really didn't think the heel lift would make a difference....like 1/2 an inch - really?! but I can now walk longer distances and no leg pain! They are easy to put in place, I have one pair under the insole and one on top.....both stay put. I just ordered another set of 2 pairs. I want that walking experience in all of my shoes and boots!!

La tela suele despegarse de laGoma y esto produce una molestia a la sensación del talón, tuve que pegarlo por mis propios medios, ya que a la segunda puesta se despegó, pero hasta hoy a resultado bien.

I bought these for plantar fasciitis hoping they would cushion as well as lift my heel. They don't really increase your height at all but they are comfortable in certain shoes. I wouldn't bother with these as they are a little expensive but I am going to use them.

Nice and soft but it its kinda loose inside your shoe or if you put a sock over it gets annoying

Don't go by a couple of bad reviews, Just try these for yourself. I was miserable and in pain while walking, and these Gel Increase Soles took all the pain away (Bottom of my feet are uneven). Super duper comfortable, like your heel is stepping on a cloud. Very good quality, added height, nicely packaged and I ordered twice already, and will most likely order more in the future. Yes it's true, the adhesion isn't the greatest, but they don't swim around in my shoes anyway, they stay put because they're a good size for regular shoes. For sandals, I'd suggest to wear them with sandals that have a strap on the back to keep them in place. Also they're great for sandals because they are CLEAR, so they're not visible. I had to write this because I am very pleased with this purchase and will order more!!
