Great arch support. Working 12 hour shifts on concrete floors and my feet used to ache so bad I could barely walk. They hurt no more. I replace them every 3 months.

Was skeptical since they are cheap but the relief my feet had compared to my super worn out insoles was incredible. Feet don’t feel awful at the end of my work day. Also, perfect fit and didn’t need to trim.

As with most people with plantar faciitis I find it difficult to locate an insert that works for me. I'm not sure what value this review will bring to others since everyone has different feet with different needs. I have professional orthotics and they are very firm. Those work well for me, so I was looking for something similar, but cheaper for my other shoes. I am 190 lbs with a high arch. These are not quite as firm nor do they have as high of an arch as my custom orthotics, but they still feel good on my feet. I haven't tested them for very long walks, but my goal is to preserve my expensive orthotics by using these when I don't need as much support. So far, so good. This is my second pair and one of the reasons I like them is because they are thinner than some other brands, but still have decent support. I have not noticed a difference between the regular and "for over 220 lbs" versions. I thought the 220 lb one might be firmer, but no. These are fine for me since I am under 220 lbs anyway, but I'm not sure if they would support heavier people.

I use a pair in my work boots. these are for my wife. It feels weird the first few days with the arch support but they are great I swear by them working all day outdoors year round in snow and rain worth the extra money last about a year for me we’ll see for my wife

I've been an avid user of insoles for a long time and I've tried many, many different brands.For the price, these hit all of the marks. The fit is exception with no toe hang over in the box. The heal is nice and cushioned with great alignment support.Excellent quality with no squeak or noises at all and my foot pain was gone almost instantly. Exceptional value for the money, these punch well above their price.

Well made inserts. Comfortable despite long days on feet. Doesn’t change the way shoes/boots fit. Arch support is good. Keeping my plantar fasciitis quiet.

I usually have expensive medical inserts for my shoes and these do the same job more comfortably, for me they are perfect!The blue ones for work are more padded and very comfortable.

Last for a while with normal use. We use it for sports such as tennis and in that situations it wears fairly quickly. Support it medium and good for a medium to higher arch without being problematic and the best feature is cushioning.The improvements would be weight as it is definitely on the heavy side adding extra weight tonyour shoes. Also could be a more mositure wicking and breathable material which would up the level and quality big time especially at this price point.

These Orthotic Work Insoles take a bit of getting used to. They are not the soft, cushioned gel type like you might find with athletic insoles. Instead, these are very firm, stiff, shaped orthotic arch supports. As they arrived in the size L (Men 11-12.5/Women 12-13.5), I asked my husband to try these out in his shoes. He said that the sizing was correct as they were slightly long for his size 12 shoes, so he trimmed them down using the handy guide lines underneath each insole. He said that it would have been more helpful if the lines also included their corresponding sizes so he wouldn't accidentally cut them too short. Once he had adjusted them to the correct length, he slipped them into his shoes and wore them for the day. He said that he had to get accustomed to how firm they were. He also noted that the insole arches felt fairly pronounced and noticeable. Over the course of the day, he got more used to the feeling and said that he could see how these would benefit those with flat feet in need of greater arch support. He also thought that they helped with shock absorption as he walked. Overall, although these firm insoles are not like cushioned gel supports, they do serve to provide greater orthotic arch support and shock absorption.

Just got my inserts today, after a quick trim, I almost instant gent improvement in my plantar fasciitis. I’d recommend to anyone!
