They felt really awkward at first. My feet used to kill me from walking around in my boots all day, even when I got home my feet were painfully stiff. I didn't notice any relief for the first few days, but after about a week my feet feel significantly better.

I recently decided to swap out the insoles in my work boots for a new pair, aiming for something more supportive and fresh. Right off the bat, as soon as I took them off I noticed these insoles made a significant difference in reducing odor, a welcome change for someone in boots all day.The first time I slipped my boots on with the new insoles, the added support felt unusual, as if I was standing on something that wasn’t supposed to be there. It was an odd feeling that had me questioning them at first.However, after wearing them for a full day, any initial awkwardness disappeared. I stopped noticing the extra support, except for the noticeable lack of fatigue in my feet. It seems like these insoles are offering support in areas I didn’t even realize were neglected before, contributing to an overall better feeling during and after a long workday.

I mainly purchased these because of the possibility of some form of odor control, as I regularly work 12-14 hour shifts and needed a little help in that department. These were disappointing overall. A bit of help with impact/shock absorption. No real support. Limited, if any, help with odor. But you kinda get what you pay for, I guess. Lesson learned.
