I live in the north of Canada. I need these permanently plugged to the batteries of every vehicle I own.This particular model is very easy to install. Having the option to quick change from a permanent wiring setup to clips is also a great feature even if Idon't use it.

Working temp 20 C- 40 C seriously in canada the average temp year long is about 18 C so it means that most of the time it won't work.Stupid product.

First one had an led that didn't work and after a full charge all LEDs blinked continuously. Apparently indicating a problem. There is no way to contact the manufacturer and so I returned it to Amazon. I ordered another one and it works just fine. I like the way it indicates the level of charge.

The charger works great. The level of charge state dosnt work that great. After using my battery all day on the water it states that it's at 90% but when I check it with my battery tester it's down to 40% charge. But I leave the charger on it all night and check the battery agen it's at 100% charge. Outher than that the charger works great and wish the cords were a bit longer.

My car has extra electronic add on's that kill the battery after 2 or 3 days. Even worse, when the power is removed, those electronic gadgets need special reset procedures. Knowing this, I purchased and used this trickle charger during a recent 10 day vacation. I was very happy that after 10 days, the battery was at 100% and the vehicle and all gadgets started right up on the first try. My second use of this device was for a battery that was stored outside the vehicle for 6 months, so before placing the battery back in the car, I topped it off with this charger. As expected, the topped off battery started the other vehicle on the first try. Overall very pleased with the results of this as a trickle charger and a general changer.

TOTAL JUNK!! This failed in 5 days. Faults every where on this thing, reset 5 times, still fault after 5 minutes. This units over heats as well and smells like it is burning internally. DO NOT TRUST this Cheap JUNK!!! Returned!!!I would give it 0 stars if I could.

First impressions was not great! False advertising for the SAE Quick Connect. Will be updating this once I get my measuring tape for cord length and testing for battery charge. If those fail to meet specs I will be returning. Date made 4/24/19. Update on 4/27/19.

While the charger works well and the charged percentage lights are handy, the cable leads do not have quick disconnects as the photos showed. I planned to use this as a charger for my mowers and also my motorcycle that has it's own charger hook-up that uses the disconnect. I think the seller owes me an explanation on why the photos don't match the product.
