I ordered a replacement monitor because my original one from 3 years ago stopped working. I had some issues with the camera I was sent, but Grace from Babysense customer service stuck with my and helped me finally get a camera that had no issues. I tried other baby monitor systems in the mean time, but I didn’t like any of them as much as I liked the Babysense. We will continue to use this system until our kids outgrow them and I know if I have any other issues I can count on customer service to assist me.

Our kids threw our original one in the pool so this was a replacement and it took no time to set up and it’s worked fine ever since

I have used this baby monitor with all 3 of my kids and tried 2 others. I did not keep the others because they were not near as good as this one. I love the sound and clarity of the screen and that I can use 1 monitor for 2 different rooms!!Recently my monitor just stopped working and I called customer service. They were great at helping me troubleshoot to see if it wasn’t something we could fix. They ended up replacing it for free. And they were so kind and thoughtful every step of the way.I would recommend this product because it’s great but also because they have great customer service.

Our previous had a broken antenna, no sound and cracked screen. This was a perfect replacement. Everything works now and was easy to pair to existing cameras.

Good product however be careful as the charger is not UAE compatible. Good thing I had my previous charger.
