I’ve trusted Dewalt for years, but this experience has me seriously rethinking my loyalty. I used this product in the morning, followed the manual’s instructions, unplugged it, and put it away. A few hours later, it was completely dead—wouldn’t turn on at all. I checked the outlet, tried everything, but nothing worked. I’ve used it the exact same way dozens of times, so this failure makes no sense.What’s even more frustrating? The warranty is only a year—conveniently just long enough to avoid covering this kind of failure. That speaks volumes. Up until this, I thought it was a solid product, but now I’m left questioning the quality of all my Dewalt tools. I never expected to say this, but I wouldn’t buy this!

We bought this to jump off our boats after a winter of being on dock. Worked ok. The battery life was a little short but very easy to use and the size makes it super portable

This product is a complete waste of money. To be clear I am referring to DeWalt's Product and Not reviewing the 3rd party vendor.I received this as a birthday gift, and it seemed to work great the first time I used it. After that I haven't gotten it to work since. It will not Charge, Boost, or maintain any of the batteries I've tried to use it on. (Have tried 3 different Batteries recently). Every time it turns on it auto switches to "reconditioning mode" but is very clearly not doing anything for the battery. Impossible to change modes or get the unit to function properly. Also Zero help from DeWalt regarding troubleshooting, or customer support. I would strongly encourage you to research this on other review sites as this seems to be a common issue for other customers (Not just me).You're better off with a peddle bike than trying to charge a car battery with this garbage.
