I have had this unit as part of my Eufy home set up for over a year now. I wanted to relocate it to get a better view of my yard and got an adapter for installation on my gutter. Unfortunately the ladder failed and the camera came down with me documenting my fall damaging the mounting plate. I tried to find a replacement on Amazon and other sites but could not find the piece but I wanted to keep using the unit as it has great battery life, long signal range and great image quality. I reached out to Eufy and although my unit was passed warranty and was damaged through no issue of quality, but rather accidental damage, Eufy (Anker) was very responsive and quick to address my needs and sent a replacement piece to get set up again. New mounting bracket has come in and I cant wait to reinstall it... once i get a new ladder. Highly recommend the Eufy system as a whole and really appreciate the customer service I experienced from them.

Functional and good video quality! Battery life is okay but wish night vision and auto lights would be more accurate maybe because of harsh winter in Quebec. Easy setup and good wifi connection!

Decided to install one at my permanent rv site. It was easy to install and the picture quality is awesome. I never have to worry about recharging the batteries because of the solar option. The features like night view and auto light and speakers are way better than expected for such a lightweight and small unit.

Excellent unit. Took some fiddling to get it set up at right height & angle for my needs. I fashioned a bracket & affixed it to my aluminum deck railing. Secured with Zip Ties. Picture is amazing quality. Originally hung it on shed with vinyl siding hooks - held well, but I couldn’t get the right position for my application.

First off, the good news, the image quality and infrared light range at night are spectacular. Daytime images are about par for the industry right now.The bad news:I have this mounted on a rooftop in full direct sunlight all day and it never fully charges the camera. By comparison another battery powered camera we're testing in the same location has a separate cheap USB solar charging panel and it fully tops off within two hours of sunlight every day.Eufy appears to try to address this serious power generation limit by forcing a number of severe usage limitations on the camera to limit battery consumption.For example you can only record a few moments of video per event and the event triggers themselves are set so coarse that you can literally have a parade of people walk through your yard at night and the camera will stay blissfully off to prevent expending battery power on lights and recording. This is on the 'optimal surveillance' setting instead of the default 'optimal battery' setting that renders the camera almost useless as a security device.It DOES turn on for a couple of minutes when you access it through the app but within 3-5 minutes of trying to find or review any events (if any are recorded at all) you are disconnected with a "device limitation reached" error message that again appears to be related to their severe power consumption limitsIronically, their idiot app DEMANDS notification be enabled on every device you install it on so you can get constant pings from this bonehead software telling you the camera has no video or events to review despite it detecting 'something'. Clearly the app development team is not connected to the camera power driver development team as what the Eufy app is demanding the Eufy camera cannot deliver.Be prepared for some serious frustration or better yet, find another brand that has their act together.

Öncelikle aldığım ürünlere zaman harcayıp yorum yazma motivasyonum neredeyse hiç yoktur. Lakin bu ürüne yorum yazma motivasyonu buldum kendimde...Ürünü sitesindeki özelliklerine ve youtube daki yabancı influencer ların incelemelerine kanarak satın aldım. Bu markanın başka kameralarını da kullanıyorum fakat bu model kesinlikle olmamış !Not : ürün en son güncellemesine sahip, şarjı %90 üzerinde , üstün mesh kablosuz ağına bağlı, güçlü internet ile test edildi.- İnsan algılama özelliği: berbat ! outdoor , ışıklı vs olması sebebiyle kendi reklamlarında bile bahçe gibi yerlerde kullanılmak üzere tasarlandığı neredeyse göze sokulacak şekilde reklam ediliyor. Lakin ürün kendisinden 2 metre ötesinden itibaren insanları asla algılamıyor. Ancak 2 metre ve daha yakın bir mesafeye insan girecekki ancak o zaman yakalıyor ama o bile problemli. Ki hassaslık ayarı en üst seviyede. Activity area full seçilmiş, gündüz ışığın en bol olduğu, görüntüde hiçbir gölgenin olmadığı, kişilerin gayet seçilebilir renklerde giyindiği kısaca şartların optimum a en yakın olduğu zamanda. 2 metre mesafeden ileride insan koşsun, yürüsün vs kesinlikle algılayamıyor kamera.- Her ne kadar pilli bir ürün olsada üzerindeki ışığı kullanıcı olarak sürekli yanar şeklinde ayarlayabilmeliyim. Ama sadece hareket algılandığında yada kamera izleme modu açık iken yakılabiliyor. Pilinin bitmesi vs. kullanıcının problemi olmalı. Bu tartışmaya bile kapalı ama izin vermiyor.- Devamlı kayıt özelliği yok ! Halbuki kamera sürekli açık ve göya hareket algılama özelliği için görüntüyü işliyor, bu arada kaydet diyemiyorsun. İsterse pili daha çok gitsin ve isterse sadece dahili hafızası olup o da 8gb olsun, devamlı kayıt seçeneği de kullanıcıya sunulmalıydı.- homebase entegrasyonu halen problemli. Bu özelliği beta düşünebilirsiniz.- Hareket algılma da diğer modellerin yapabildiği insan , hayvan ve diğer hareketleri ayırma özelliği yok. Sadece insan ve diğer hareketler seçebiliyorsunuz. Özellikle dış mekan kamerası ise zaten hareketli çok obje varken, sadece insan ve hayvan hareketlerini seçilebilmeli. Çünkü diğer hareketler deseniz yaprak kımıldasa hareket algılıyor, ama özellikle bahçeye bir hayvan girdiğinden haberdar olabilmeli hatta önceden kaydedilmiş sesleri çalabilmeliydik. Bu özellik pek çok diğer modelde var.- Type c girişi ürünün duvara asıldığı kısımda ! Evet ürüne type c üzerinden de elektrik sağlamak isterseniz nasıl sağlanabilir anlaşılabilir değil. Type c girişi ürünün tam arkasında ve zaten ürünü dışarıda arkasından bir yere sabitliyorsunuz. Şaka gibi ama gerçek.Kısacası ucuz bir model olmamasına ve bu sebeple içerisinde güçlü bir işlem gücü olmasına rağmen yazılımsal olarak diğer modellerden çok geride ve problemli.

Direkt olarak eufy homebase'e bağlanmıyor. Ayrı olarak wifi bağlantısı gerekiyor. Bağlanılan wifi üzerinden homebase'e bağlanıyor. Bu ne arkadaş, tüm internet ağı bunların arka bahçesine döndü. Bir kayıt izlemek isterseniz yine bunların sunucusu üzerinden geçiyor.

I own several eufy products and overall have been happy with them. So, despite some of the bad reviews I thought I’d go ahead with this product.Worked fine for a little over a week, but used about 30% of the pre charged battery. Lots of sunlight for a recharge, but there’s no way it would have kept up. All of a sudden, with 70% battery left, the device went offline. I did all the usual things like rebooting my router etc but no progress. I went into the eufy app and finally got a live chat agent who couldn’t help me, but said she would escalate and for me to watch for an email. Got the email which says someone will contact me by email in 24-48 hours. I can see where this is going, 24-48 hours for each answer I give through email had me thinking it could be quite a while to finally get a resolution. Got the ladder out so I could take down the unit and figured I’ll try to re-add it to the eufy app (I had already decided to return this thing). The unit is completely dead, won’t add. Anyway, this product is not even close to release to the public, absolute junk. Which is disappointing because of what I’ve mentioned above about their other products. It’s been returned and it’s unlikely I’ll purchase any other products from this company. Plus, I now have 3 useless drill holes in the siding of my house. Yay!!

The camera has good video images and works at night even without the light being enabled. The light is a nice feature though as it then gives you a colour image at night. I have it installed in an area where it won't get very much sun light during the winter months, but the battery seems to last a long time. After 2.5 weeks it is down to 69%. It does charge a small amount each day, but I will likely have to recharge a few times over the long winter.
