It worked as expected. It's expensive as all get out, but... it works! If you can afford genuine HP toner (for awhile, we couldn't, and had to use much cheaper clone HP toner cartridges - they worked fine, except they always read as "empty", hafta swap the HP chip into the replacement unit, etc. )... get it!

I love my HP M479dw color laser printer. It's the best printer I've her owned however the replacement cartridges for this printer are 50-150% more than either of my previous two HP Laser printers.There's nothing special about these cartridges ... I'm sure they have the same toner as my other HP laser printers and they print about the same number of pages per cartridge so I don't now why they are so expensive.Overall I will reluctantly keep buying these expensive printer cartridges because they are 100% compatible, genuine HP toner so they won't damage my machine and convenient door to door Amazon Prime delivery. Yes and Five starts to all those features ... when it comes to price, HP gets 1 star for these cartridges.
