packaged in a sturdy box :) quick delivery :) I like the Anderson connector; it charges - seems to be as designed-can't-say for sure as there isn't a big documentation booklet :) That's ok as I was watching the charging sessionon the batteries bluetooth app; will probably buy another on to be able to charge two batteries at the same time.

Charges at 10 amps. Battery BMS may be charge limiting factor for some batteries. For example:Charges a 30AH Goldenmate battery at the full 10 amps with appropriate tapering amperage near full charge and shuts off at 14.5 volts. The specs for this battery are 6 amps recommended charging level, 15 amps charging max.Charges an deeply discharged 18AH ZXNY battery (down to 11.1 volts) for only a short time at 10 amps, but quickly falls to about 6 amps charging for about 30% of the cycle, 5 amps charging for about 30% of the cycle, and 3-4 amps for the last 30% of the cycle.Otherwise, this charger is built like a tank - heavier than the 20 amp / hour charger I have, and runs cool. It would be nice if it had an on/off switch, but it is common for these lower amperage chargers to not have them. The only issue I had with it is fan noise which is loud!

This unit works as promised, although I wish I bought one that had a battery state indicator build in. I originally had a 1 amp charger that took forever, this 10 amp unit is much more efficient and faster. I recommend it.

Used this to top off my lifepo batteries and it worked great. It was easy to connect and charged quickly. It was easy to understand which stage it was in when charging due to the led guide. Small and lightweight.The only minor issue, which isn't an issue for us but may be for others is the fan. The fan is noticeable , however that is an indication that it's charging correctly.

This product failed after 12 weeks , probably needs better cooling doesn't have a fan and completely sealed .Can't seem to see how to return it

Charger works well but is slow for our needs. So ordered the 40 amp. There is some heat created in the wire leads that connect to the battery. But works OK. Possibly the charge wires should have been a thicker gauge. Other than that great charger.
